PG Maintenance — Terms & Conditions
 

1. About Us

PG Maintenance provides construction, maintenance, and repair services to residential and commercial clients in the UK.
 

2. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes are free unless stated otherwise.

  • Quotes are valid for 14 days.

  • Prices may change if additional work is required or if conditions differ from what was originally described.

  • Any changes will be discussed and agreed before work continues.
     

3. Booking & Cancellations

  • Bookings are confirmed once a date/time is agreed.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a call‑out charge.

  • If we need to reschedule, we will provide a new date as soon as possible.
     

4. Access to the Property

  • The customer must ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area.

  • If access is not possible, a call‑out charge may apply.
     

5. Materials

  • Materials can be supplied by PG Maintenance or the customer.

  • If supplied by the customer, PG Maintenance is not responsible for delays or defects caused by those materials.

  • Materials supplied by PG Maintenance remain our property until paid in full.
     

6. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • Larger projects may require a deposit or staged payments.

  • Late payments may incur charges.
     

7. Liability

  • PG Maintenance is fully insured.

  • We are not liable for:

    • Pre‑existing issues

    • Damage caused by hidden defects

    • Delays outside our control

  • We will always aim to minimise disruption and complete work safely.
     

8. Guarantees

  • Workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months unless stated otherwise.

  • Guarantees do not cover:

    • Wear and tear

    • Misuse

    • Issues caused by third‑party work

  • We may update or change content without notice.
