1. About Us
PG Maintenance provides construction, maintenance, and repair services to residential and commercial clients in the UK.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are free unless stated otherwise.

Quotes are valid for 14 days.

Prices may change if additional work is required or if conditions differ from what was originally described.

Any changes will be discussed and agreed before work continues.

3. Booking & Cancellations

Bookings are confirmed once a date/time is agreed.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a call‑out charge.

If we need to reschedule, we will provide a new date as soon as possible.

4. Access to the Property

The customer must ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area.

If access is not possible, a call‑out charge may apply.

5. Materials
-
Materials can be supplied by PG Maintenance or the customer.
-
If supplied by the customer, PG Maintenance is not responsible for delays or defects caused by those materials.
-
Materials supplied by PG Maintenance remain our property until paid in full.

6. Payments
-
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
-
Larger projects may require a deposit or staged payments.
-
Late payments may incur charges.

7. Liability

PG Maintenance is fully insured.

We are not liable for:

Pre‑existing issues

Damage caused by hidden defects

Delays outside our control

We will always aim to minimise disruption and complete work safely.

8. Guarantees

Workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months unless stated otherwise.

Guarantees do not cover:

Wear and tear

Misuse

Issues caused by third‑party work
